Hayden really enjoys working with people to get them to where they want to be and finds that massage can accomplish a great amount in a short span of time. He has worked with people to help them achieve more and feel better for many years. Hayden has developed a technique for energy healing, created a system for releasing people from blocks that are currently holding them back, and studied hypnosis and emotional freedom technique.

One of his favorite techniques is Thai Massage. Hayden has put a lot of focus into Thai training and has continued to emphasize it in his work since then. Hayden has found that his previous experience in facilitating healing and his training in the art of Aikido have enhanced his ability to provide his clients with a fulfilling massage experience.

My favorite part of being a mt is not only watching my client walk out with that after glow smile, but the sound of relaxation in their voice. I love that they finish with significantly less pain than when I arrive. I believe that trust, respect and consistent honest communication are key when thinking about what’s best for the client because my goal is to meet your unique needs and exceed your expectations of what a typical massage would be.

Each person is different and therefore no massage is the same. Day to day our bodies change and what it needs to feel better which means not all techniques are created equal. I have an in depth knowledge and experience in a wide array of modalities. This enables me to uniquely Modify the massage for your particular bodies needs.

I am trained in Swedish, shiatsu and deep tissue. I also offer sports, myofascial, injury and trigger point work. Including whole body and or focused work.

I’ve been told that I have intuitive hands and that I’m incredibly skilled at finding the root of the issue. I’m truly passionate and enjoy what I do and with my experience and our open communication I’m confident that we can co create the right massage experience for you.
