Hayden really enjoys working with people to get them to where they want to be and finds that massage can accomplish a great amount in a short span of time. He has worked with people to help them achieve more and feel better for many years. Hayden has developed a technique for energy healing, created a system for releasing people from blocks that are currently holding them back, and studied hypnosis and emotional freedom technique. One of his favorite techniques is Thai Massage. Hayden has put a lot of focus into Thai training and has continued to emphasize it in his work since then. Hayden has found that his previous experience in facilitating healing and his training in the art of Aikido have enhanced his ability to provide his clients with a fulfilling massage experience.
