Lito is a Certified massage therapist; a graduate of National Holistic Institute. He is well versed in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and corporate chair massage. He always try to tailor each massages to the clients liking and preference. Swedish, deep tissue or a combo of both.

Lito is also into functional fitness. He is a certified crossfit instructor. His massage journey began after constantly finding ways to recover from brutal crossfit workouts. Massage and fitness changed his outlook on life. He strongly believe that the key to longevity is nutrition, fitness and massage.
